Scent detection K-9's work because they are unbiased and more accurate than conventional mold detection machines. They work for food and praise. Best of all, scent detection K-9's can pinpoint the source of the mold, regardless of whether the source is hidden or hard to reach. Also, scent detection K-9's are quick. The customer immediately knows if mold is present. You know now, today! We do recommend that samples are taken where the certified K-9 alerts as this serves to validate his finding and provides valuable information for the customer and for the possible remediation process. These samples will let you know exactly what species of mold was found, and how much is present. This information will tell us if the area requires remediation or not.
